Bonnie
Hi, I’m Bonnie Miller. My husband, Mark, and I made Manhattan our home in 2012. We are blessed with three amazing children and 11 delightful grandchildren. I began working as a custodian in 2015, and over the years, I’ve loved being part of community programs like MOPS, Harvesters, the nursery, MomLife, Trunk or Treat, Journey to the Cross, VBE, Game Night, and various life groups. The kindness and connection within this community of believers continually inspire me.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me with a book in hand. My daughter once told me that owning 1,000 books makes you a library—I’m happily on my way! There’s nothing quite like curling up on the deck with a good mystery novel and losing track of time.
I have a special fondness for ducks—mallards and wood ducks are my favorites. A little-known fact about me is that my father built the house I grew up in, beginning in 1959 and finishing around 1969. Even more special, my parents still live there today, surrounded by the memories we built together.
As for my favorite drinks, I keep it simple: water and black tea, whether steaming hot or refreshingly iced.
