Ken and Susan Black, with sons Robert and Joseph, went out from Westview in January 2005 to serve with Africa Inland Mission in Kenya . Ken and Susan and their boys minister to an unreached people group known as the Samburu in northern Kenya . From 1994-2002 Ken served as Manhattan’s Airport Director. For 22 years prior to that, he served in the US Air force as a command pilot. Susan is a Kansas native, growing up in Frankfort, Kansas . She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide. Their call to the mission field came as their faith matured in the years after they gave their hearts to the Lord in 1996. They are faithfully following God’s call to serve on the mission field, offering both support, and hands-on care in Kenya .
