Drop Off

Our first time guests will manually check in at the "staffed" Children's Ministry HUB.  Enter through our lobby on the West side of the building.  Then turn left at the hallway and follow the sign to our check-in area.  Our check-in area is staffed during the following transitions: 8:15-8:40 AM, 9:30-9:50 AM &10:45 - 11:05 AM.

Following the first visit, parents/caregivers electronically check in their child(ren) up to 3rd grade. Name tags and claim tags with matching codes are printed off.  Name tags will list room locations as well as any allergies.

PRETEENS:  4th and 5th graders go to their room to check in. For room locations, click on the list of "Children's Groups" below.

Dismissal

Adults should be prepared to show their claim stub when retrieving their child.  The ONLY groups dismissed on their own are 9:45 AM, 2nd & 3rd grades and 4th and 5th grade Connection Groups. (unless a parent notifies the leader otherwise)

8:30 AM

During the 8:30 AM service, the nursery is open to children, birth to 3 years.  When first service ends, parents should pick up their children who are over 1 year and take them to their respective rooms for the 9:45 AM Connection Hour.

9:45 AM

We have Connection Groups for all ages.  When a child turns 2, they are usually ready to attend Preschool A. Those who turn 3 years by September 1 AND are potty trained attend Preschool B.

11:00 AM

We offer Connection Groups for birth through 3rd grade.  Infants through preschoolers are provided care for the entire service. K-3rd grades begin in the Worship Center with their families for a shared worship experience.  Following this praise time, children are welcome to attend a Bible experience geared just for them.  A PowerPoint will cue families when it is time for children to be dismissed.  The children will meet in the main lobby where leaders will escort them to their room.
