As a little girl, Lenay grew up with her mom serving as the kid’s choir director at their church and she has been singing since she was big enough to hold a mic.  Lenay has been involved in worship at Westview since she moved to Manhattan in 2004.  She has served as an interim director, and then in a part-time capacity before accepting a full-time position in January of 2017.  Lenay loves getting to work with a team full of talented musicians and using the team’s collective gifts to glorify God. 

Outside the church, she also enjoys performing live music around the area. Beyond music and full-time ministry, Lenay is a fitness instructor and enjoys sports, competition, etc and is an assistant volleyball coach at Manhattan Christian College.  Lenay is blessed with an amazing husband and 2 little girls and loves spending time with her family on their farm.  She feels her life is a testament to Philippians 1:6
