Pat Bennett has served at Westview since 2000, first as an assistant pastor and executive pastor, then as senior pastor since 2004. He served as a missionary teacher in Zambia from 1988 – 2000; most of those years were spent at the Theological College of Central Africa in Ndola training African men and women for full-time Christian service. Pat received his ministerial training at Asbury Seminary (M.Div. 1988) and The University of South Africa (M.Th. 1996). He and his wife, Barb, have been married since 1975 and have two grown sons: Nathan who lives in South Carolina and Adam who lives in Kentucky . His unusual hobbies include root beer making and making costume props: Roman Centurion costume, Ark of the Covenant, swords, shields, etc.
