Dave has been leading worship for 28 years, and has served in ‘full-time’ ministry since 1998 as a Worship Pastor, Worship Consultant, Conference Speaker, Assistant Pastor, Counselor, and President of a full-range music company (in which men and women were trained to become artists, worship leaders, and music instructors).  He was privileged enough to spend 5 years as the lead vocalist, musician, and founder of the band, “CO3”.  Their CD recording was on retail shelves in stores across America, Canada, and internationally and still be downloaded from iTunes.  The group had two top-20 singles on Christian radio nationwide, and we were honored to be on national and international television programs, such as Daystar, The Harvest Show, 100 Huntley Street, Babbie’s House, and TCT Alive International. 

Dave holds an honorary Master and Doctorate degree in Biblical Counseling from the North Carolina College of Theology, an accredited Christian college.  One of his greatest passions is healthy relationships, especially to help couples and families build strong life-long covenants that will be handed down from generation to generation. 

With an emphasis on “team ministry”, Dave is most fulfilled as individuals grow in their walk with Christ, in their relationships within the BODY, and in their musical experience to become a passionate worshiper!

He has been married to his wife, Melissa since 1988. They have two grown children and a granddaughter.  One of the most important parts of Dave's life, next to God, is his family!
